| This is a program to reward CPRHA youth competitors by giving scholarships for their dedication and pursuit of excellence in the field of reining. The program is designed to promote reining to youth reiners by helping them learn to set and achieve goals, gain team working skills, and develop greater horsemanship skills through working to excel at the sport of reining. |
