Youth Team Scholarship Challenge Rules
1.  Youth will form teams of 2 riders and must include one Jr. showman and one Sr. showman.   Jr. Division - 15 years and under.   Sr. division - 16 through 18 years.
2.  Each team will select a team name.  Once a team has been named neither riders nor horses may be substituted.
3.  Youth may ride on more than one team if they are competing with another horse.
4.  After each show the team's 2 scores will be combined to make a composite score.
5.  Composite team scores will be kept throughout the season.  Scholarships will be given to the top 3 teams with the highest scores.
6.  Top 3 teams will be awarded a $200 Scholarship to be split between riders.
7.  In the event of a tie in the final composite score tally, 1st tie breaker will be number of shows team shows in, 2nd tie breaker will be the team who's members have the highest average placing.
8.  Each team will pay a scholarship entry fee of $10 per team per show, $5 per youth for each show.
9.  The Youth Team Scholarship will run concurrently with the regular youth class.
10. Scholarships will be awarded to winners upon enrollment in the college of their choice.
11. Youth Team Scholarship Challenge will start 12-11-04 and run through 10-1-05.  All CPRHA sanctioned events will be point earning shows for the Youth Team Scholarship Challenge.
